North Norfolk Open Studios 2018
The Open Studios at Briston are always very popular with local people, who go along to admire the artwork skills of talented people living on their doorstep, and one such venue opening its doors was the beautiful home studio at Frogmoor Farm at the end of Mill Road at the three way junction. It is owned (and almost entirely rebuilt!) by Siobhan and Michael Hearn, and it gives Siobhan a wonderful airy place to paint, and of course, to hold occasional exhibitions to showcase her art – and also that of many of her very artistic friends who also work in the area.

As well as her own pictures, there were other beautiful paintings and prints on show, some amazing ceramic work, and incredible fused glass pieces from Imogen Kenrick. Items were all available for sale, including both framed and unframed pictures and prints, and also some beautiful greetings cards that featured the designs in many of the larger pictures. It was no wonder that so many visitors came along to this event to marvel at the quality of Briston’s own craft experts.
